Overall Satisfaction with BDRSuite

Friendly web interface very clear, nicely and professionally designed. Usability, setup and forget. It has all features you need for hybrid environments even if you don't use it. You know the features are there when you needed. Email report is so informative. You get all the details about completed backup without logging in the system.
We mainly use BDRSuite to backup ESXi VMs. Creating backup is very straightforward and recovering is easy with few clicks. Backups also consume very low space on the NAS storage. BDRSuite is the best option for all in one backup needs for our company. Also their pricing is very budget friendly compare to other costly Enterprise products.

Our company is a small size company that we cannot afford super expensive solutions but BDRSuite meets our needs and provided reasonable pricing. Support agents were so friendly, answered all of our questions. Web UI is so friendly, we could figure it out so quickly. Backup and Recovery simple as few clicks. Very responsive server application and doesn't consume so much resources.
We mostly use it for ESXi VM instance backup. We take Full and Incremental backup which is very useful especially for large size VM. Backups don't consume lots of space. This feature saved us so much space on the NAS storage. We are planning to implement BDRSuite SQL server backup capability very soon.
We considered Veeam, NAKIVO, and N-able backup solutions but these are very high priced products even testing these softwares were challenging. BDRSuite was easy to install, test and quickly adopted the environment, it wasn't complicated. Implementing the licensing was so easy, we activated right it away and start using. Sales and support team were so helpful.

First of all Web UI makes it so much easier to manage, with few clicks you can schedule a backup, you can see the progress and you can instantly recover it. There is a multiple environment support which is great for hybrid environments. Pricing is more reasonable than other high priced backup solutions.

Yes,it was so easy to install, implement to the environment and discover the features. I didn't take any training but asked support to find out one small details. Other than that web interface provides all the details you need. Very clear to create a backup and the recover options.
