Overall Satisfaction with Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT

We use Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT on a daily basis, on general ledger and accounts payable. Currently Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT for AR is not available. We integrate with Raisers Edge and we utilize the bank feed feature. Sometimes the bank feed doesn't match up but usually get resolved. The support is sometimes slow. It seems to take time to get support.

It is user friendly software and users can be set up in a certain way that allow certain level of restrictions. It also provides unlimited project codes that are necessary to restrict donations.
Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT has various standard reports and has ability for us to create custom reports through VCO. They are not difficult to create.
Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT has much more functionality and more robust reporting than the two software I mentioned above.

I think it is user friendly and we integrate Raisers Edge well.

Using Blackbaud Financial Edge NXT

6 - Different team members have different role in financial edge NXT. We use accounts payable, accounts receivables, general kedger, reporting modules. Each person has a different type of access depending on their roles.
1 - Our IT senior staff is responsible in helping us with any issues related to blackbaud access or single sign on or if we have issues downloading documents from our system for financial edge importing features.

I’ve been satisfied with financial edge NXt. The only thing is the pricing keeps going up, but I would expect that in other software too.
