Overall Satisfaction with Board
We use Board ERP solution across the organization. It is used by Directors and Senior Management for top-level information for decision making. We have information held in various systems from the accounting system, and 3 POS systems. We needed some way of consolidating financial and product information. Board allowed us to do this.
- It allows us to combine different data sources in one place.
- We can set various access levels so users can see only what we want them too.
- Allows us to build different screens and dashboards for different departments
- Some functions are not so intuitive, such as the use of formulas.
- Directors and Senior Managers have access to up-to-date, consistent information.
Senior management made the decision to use Board, so I can't comment on this.
