Overall Satisfaction with Board

The Board BI tool provides all the information about the needs of the company, which includes predictive analytics and data manipulation to make different types of reports that can be of great help for the company when making proactive decisions. Customer support is excellent; the support representative on site was very knowledgeable and had no difficulty integrating with our database. It has a great capacity to process large unstructured data files from internal/ external sources. Data can be manipulated in various ways to produce different types of powerful reports. The user-friendly interface made the visualization easy to create. The import of Masterdata from ERP was constant and seamless.

Pros

  • With Board, we have reduced the use of excel, ensuring more accurate and faster information.
  • Easier to streamline all of our logics and processes.
  • Board helps u to collect our internal numbers and create the reports required by management.

Cons

  • Board BI tool has a steep learning curve and can be challenging for a new user to reach to board's full capacity.
  • We have to use a windows scheduler to schedule data import tasks; it would be great if Board could provide its own scheduler.

  • Easily integrated with other applications for effective use.
  • Better decision-making for the organization.
  • It helped us with our adoption of system implementations.
Board provides capsule dashboards for our users, customized by individuals. It also allows analysts to create live excel files for repeated reports. Productivity is improved because we are spending less time collating data and more time reviewing it. Board, we cannot delete entities. We have to go through a major expansion and restructure, so we have all these dead entities we are stuck with.
