Overall Satisfaction with BoldSign
Creating contracts. It has helped us get the contracts signed much quicker for the jobs. Quick and easy to use.
Pros
- Makes sending contract easy
- Easy to see where the contract is in process
- Like the branding idea

Cons
- I would like to sign the contract myself before I hit the send button.
- So far I have only used the free version
- I am sure that the paid version would be extremely beneficial if you did a bunch of contracts. I just started using the program, so not too many contracts yet. If I need to upgrade my subscription, the price will be well worth it.
Pricing is great and the functionality is the same. I have not really used Docusign or Panda Doc that much so I can not really do a great comparison.

Using BoldSign
4 - Great for contracts that we need to create. As easy as Docusign but much better and cheaper.
You don't need any skills to use BoldSign. Just a little common sense to figure it out. Basically add the contract. Add the names and email addresses. Then import the names in the locations where they need to sign and send it on to be electronically signed. Easy to use and easy for the person to sign.

Evaluating BoldSign and Competitors
Yes - we were printing and faxing contracts to people. Our Company did not want o spend the money on other alternatives. I searched online and found BoldSign. This did exactly what we needed at a very affordable cost.

Easy to use and priced just right. Free for light use but even with more use the price is unbeatable.
If we had to do it again we would make no changes. We selected this product for the ease of use, ability to use our logo in the emails to customers, and price. I like that it integrates with Google Drive, Onedrive and dropbox but as of right now I have not used that feature.
