Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it for signing digital documents (PDFs) of any kind (Contracts, offers, communications in general). Its use has allowed us to generate trust with our users, whether they are clients, suppliers, employees or partners. I really like its easy to understand and use interface. It has been quite easy to implement and start using it.

The online help could be improved by adding a description of the modules.

Usability

I love the ease of use and the clarity of the user interface. The system is incredibly easy to use and covers all the aspects that are typically used in the company regarding digital document signing.

Alternatives Considered

Adobe Acrobat Sign and DocuSign

They all have similar features, but BoldSign stands out for its simplicity and ease of use. Adobe has a business model where they are sending you ads while you are using the system and the truth is that it tends to be a bit annoying and distracting at times. I didn't like the cost of the subscription with DocuSign because I don't make intensive use of the service and that makes it expensive to maintain.
