I use Bonterra Apricot to keep records of the number of people in the three programs I oversee. The data will collect for each individual are: name, address, phone number, email, race, ethnicity, age, school, grade, income status (parent), household demographic, etc.
We also use Bonterra Apricot to enter case notes,

Yes, we find this helpful in so many ways. For example, we set a yearly goal for each program. With Bonterra Apricot capturing each application, the numbers are accurate and easy to track. It allows us to know how close or far away we are from obtaining the goal we set. It also allows us to know who's engage or who's not engage through the attendance that's entered.

I'm not sure if Bonterra Apricot has secured us with additional funding. But it has secured us to provide information that funders ask for throughout the grant period.
