We use Apricot as a Customer Resource Management tool to track clients as they matriculate through our job readiness training, which prepares individuals for a career in the arts industry. We can track their data, including the exact training they received, their employment status, the type and amount of supportive services they receive, and so on.

Bonterra Apricot has indeed helped the Better Family Life Sankofa Rising program be more efficient in delivering the program objectives. By helping our clients, we can directly access their online profiles and determine the number of supportive services we have provided to them so far. Due to Apricot's seamless report generation, we are also able to spend more time teaching the clients as opposed to trying to compile reports manually.

Bonterra Apricot has helped us secure more funding because we can easily generate reports on the various points of reference needed in order to share our progress with funding sources. We were able to reach out to different funding sources by quickly and efficiently sharing our progress via Apricot-generated reports.
