Overall Satisfaction with Bonterra DonorDrive

I use DonorDrive multiple times a day when I am in the middle of a community event campaign. It is very user-friendly, contains valuable metrics and information, and I rely on it for forecasting and planning for the following year's campaign. DonorDrive helps me stay focused and organized, keeps me accountable, and lets me view fundraising goals and revenue in real time, and is now seamlessly integrated into Salesforce.

Pros

  • DonorDrive enables me to view goals and revenue in real time.
  • DonorDrive enables me to look at both individual and team fundraising performance and easily compare YOY metrics.
  • DonorDrive offers a wealth of reporting options, both standard and custom, that are easy to run and use for forecasting.

Cons

  • I wish that there were more standard reporting options; many of the reports I regularly use are considered "custom" by DonorDrive.
  • I wish that reports and event information were not archived so soon.
  • I am not a decision-maker regarding the choice of DonorDrive over our past platforms, but it has made our job in field operations more efficient, provides more detailed data, and enables us to use the reporting options for the current event and for projections for future event planning.
I use DonorDrive daily and find it easy and efficient, but I wish many of the custom reports I run were standard and easier to run. I also wish that archived events stayed live or were open for longer. Otherwise, compared with past platforms, I much prefer the value of DonorDrive and the ease of use, and the Salesforce integration has been a game-changer.
I cannot answer this because I have not used any other DonorDrive products.

I have used many fundraising and giving platforms over the years, and DonorDrive is by far the easiest and most comprehensive. I try to utilize all of the features and find that I am regularly expanding my custom reporting for outreach, prospecting, and forecasting. It is even better now that it is linked directly with Salesforce.
