Overall Satisfaction with Brainshark
Brainshark is being used as a platform for our training within the Rewards Program we have established for our network of dealers. We also use it as a training platform when we are educating and traveling to both dealers and distributors. In addition, our internal staff participates in the training initiative as well. It is being used across the whole organization and is very successful. Because our business has so many facets and products, this training addresses our many product lines and educates across the board.
- Excellent Customer Service. Wow, oh Wow... Their customer service is phenomenal. Every time I need assistance or have a question or concern, not only does their customer service get back with me almost immediately, but they take extra measures to ensure they assist and solve your problems to the max. I never hesitate to contact them and feel as if they truly have the best for our company in mind.
- The only concern I have is that it is not the easiest searching for our videos. We have 30-40 videos currently on Brainshark and searching can be a bit time consuming. I have developed my own way of finding what I need, however when you only show a small selection of your content on a page at a time, it can be a bit hard to work with at times.
- We've seen a significant increase in our dealer's knowledge regarding our product. Because we rely heavily on distributor sales people to get our message out, we needed another avenue to assist in ensuring educating the end consumer and Brainshark has filled that gap wonderfully.
