Overall Satisfaction with Brainshark

Brainshark is being used as a platform for our training within the Rewards Program we have established for our network of dealers. We also use it as a training platform when we are educating and traveling to both dealers and distributors. In addition, our internal staff participates in the training initiative as well. It is being used across the whole organization and is very successful. Because our business has so many facets and products, this training addresses our many product lines and educates across the board.
  • Excellent Customer Service. Wow, oh Wow... Their customer service is phenomenal. Every time I need assistance or have a question or concern, not only does their customer service get back with me almost immediately, but they take extra measures to ensure they assist and solve your problems to the max. I never hesitate to contact them and feel as if they truly have the best for our company in mind.
  • The only concern I have is that it is not the easiest searching for our videos. We have 30-40 videos currently on Brainshark and searching can be a bit time consuming. I have developed my own way of finding what I need, however when you only show a small selection of your content on a page at a time, it can be a bit hard to work with at times.
  • We've seen a significant increase in our dealer's knowledge regarding our product. Because we rely heavily on distributor sales people to get our message out, we needed another avenue to assist in ensuring educating the end consumer and Brainshark has filled that gap wonderfully.
When you look down to it, over the last 4 years, we've been able to capture and maintain the attention of dealers, distributors and employees for a total of 194 days. Looking at it from that perspective, when you think of the manpower it would've taken if we wanted to have the same results without Brainshark, it will blow your mind. Brainshark is a tool we can no longer do business without.
Brainshark is incredibly well suited for a sales team that may not be local. It is also phenomenal to get the word out for your customers. I'd say if you have a relatively small company where most if not all people are centrally located AND you're not looking to do any education outside your business walls, Brainshark wouldn't be for you. With that said, though, the uses for the services Brainshark has to offer are limitless. If time is spent getting to know their product, you'll find new channels and ways to improve via Brainshark every day.
