Overall Satisfaction with Brainshark

We use Brainshark across our organization for various training and communication needs. Brainshark is used for marketing, sales, compliance, training, internal communications, and much more.

Pros

  • Brainshark is user friendly and easy to use.
  • The premise of Brainshark utilizes tools that are readily accessible: PowerPoint and a telephone.
  • The viewing experience for those the receive a Brainshark presentation is seamless. Brainshark functions on nearly all mobile devices without requiring additional "apps".

Cons

  • Brainshark has so many great features that it is difficult for me to highlight any issues. We use the tool to its fullest and are extremely satisfied with its performance.
  • Allows us to more efficiently and effectively create customized, on-demand material for customers and employees.
Brainshark continues to update its product lines. They continue to solve our business challenges with communication and training. It is an overall solution that can be used by many and is easy and affordable.
Brainshark is so versatile that it could be used by small companies and large organizations. It can fit nearly any facet.
