Overall Satisfaction with Bridge

We just started using Bridge. The majority of our initial training is in compliance but we will be expanding to employee and leadership development.

Cons

  • Need for folders and subfolders folders yet.
  • Don’t track 3rd party certifications yet.
  • We are still new to Bridge so ROI is not known yet but looks promising.
We have not used any other systems.
  • HR has realized the potential of Bridge and has started using it.
  • We have found that Bridge works for much more then compliece training.
  • Bridge works with multiple platforms.
Bridge is very user friendly. Bridge is based more towards the developing workforce and some of the older employees are less interested in the usability functions.
