Overall Satisfaction with Brightmove

Brightmove is extremely user friendly and provides great tools during the tracking of early recruitment. Brightmove was utilized be our entire recruitment team to track candidates across the USA.

Pros

  • Applicant knock-out questions and percentage of match to jobs
  • Accuracy of tracking and communication tracking

Cons

  • Better tracking of pre-employment testing progress
  • Our previous ATS experienced a lot of technical issues and down time which translated to lost revenue for our organization in placements and time to fill. Brightmove provided strong support if and when there was a technical support issue.
  • Our recruitment team increased their productivity by 20% within the first three months of use.
We've used larger ATS systems like Taleo and Kenexa. I've preferred Brightmove each time.
Brightmove works very well for small to mid size companies.
