Overall Satisfaction with Brokermint
We use Brokermint to manage and share files created for real estate transactions. It helps to organize and support our agents, and our transaction coordinators seamlessly manage important tasks throughout a real estate transaction. It helps to have a common place for important documents, documents that require signatures, and other notes that would be important for people involved in the transaction.
- Sharing Files with several users
- Managing completed tasks and giving notification of tasks due
- Managing documents with several and signature verification
- Signature verification time stamping
- Dropping signatures isn't always easy
- Saving feature once you've uploaded documents and have to go back
- multiple clicks to add more than one person signing
- We use as a group and I do not personally pay for the program.
I have not used any other program than Brokermint. I know that our transaction coordinators love the program and use this program exclusively each and every day.
