Overall Satisfaction with Budgyt

We use Budgyt software for budgeting. Each department head became a user so they make their own updates vs. having the accounting team do this. The dashboard is a great tool for rolling up information by entity, by a single department, or in total. Salary allocations are possible across different entities and departments.

Pros

  • No risk of formula errors like in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Drop down box under each account number for added details.
  • Intuitive to use without needing a lot of training.

  • Quick and easy training tool

  • Reduced expenses for consulting assistance to prepare budget
  • Reduced staff time on the budget process
  • Updates are reflected immediately once saved
