Overall Satisfaction with Canopy
I had Canopy initially implement specifically in the tax department to manage my tax resolution clients but during the initial 12 month subscription, we determined it would be a useful customer relationship solution so it was rolled out to the accounting & bookkeeping area.
Canopy delivered a single source platform to manage the entire client relationship. We used it to collaborate amongst team members, store critical client documents and create IRS forms to submit. I also was impressed with the transcript delivery tool.

- They can add a few more columns to interface to include total tax liability amount
- Reporting of data can be more inclusive
- It took a practice from zero revenue to $45k in 12 months
- Saved company from having to invest in multiple tools
- Enabled collaboration across departments and functions
Interface is so much cleaner and intuitive. Logics didn't have transcript delivery at the time and Canopy had it from the start. Overall pricing was 35% better.
