Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

I upload the new tax rates each month. All of our invoicing is run through the CCH sales tax decisions prior to billing. If a customer feels we have applied an incorrect tax rate, we refer to our CCH database to provide additional information to justify the rate. CCH is always correct.

  • Dependable monthly uploads.
  • Timely customer service.
  • I have not encountered any issues.
  • I've been using CCH tax for several years, and it has always been my go-to for current rate info.
