Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®

We use SureTax to calculate tax on POS and for sales orders created via POS. We needed a reliable tax engine to calculate taxes both at the local stores and appropriately tax orders we ship.
  • Tax calculation is spot on.
  • Customer service has been very good.
  • The project team is helpful, responsive, and professional.
  • Fixing issues promptly.
  • Fixing issues the first time.
  • We did not have a tax solution in our legacy POS to calculate ship-to-sales orders. CCH provided this for us and saved us up to 8 hours in a month researching and correcting these sales.

CCH is becoming a great tax tool for retail. The product is being developed well and is becoming robust, especially using D365 head quarters. The POS side of things needs some work, and CCH could improve staying on top the changes Microsoft continues to make from a technical perspective in D365.
