Overall Satisfaction with CCH® SureTax®
Our company uses Suretax to calculate sales tax owed on various customer orders. The software is user friendly and the support staff is incredibly helpful with various tax questions we have. The only downside that we have with Suretax is that the software does not allow you to import tax changes you have setup in the system. You can import new tax setup request and you can export current request setup but if you need to make a change to all products in a specific state or region, you have to make this change manually one by one. Other than that, the software is great and we enjoy using it.
