It is very simple and easy to approch and deploy solution with ease for administrator to create the policy which organization needs. Additionally it is cloud based solution so there is no requirement of additional server orn rack space in the organization. Based on this point I gave this rating.

Unless traditional ramil security it sits behind the email gateway so all the incoming mail should scan twice before it reaches to the user. Based on this it provides us the double security.
