Overall Satisfaction with Chime Online Banking

We previously used the Chime banking app for several purchases within the last year. The interface and dashboard were easy to navigate and made it simple to conduct our business. We have not experienced any issues with this application as we have with other used software used in the past. Thank you for allowing this platform to share our experiences with Chime.

I feel a 9 grade is appropriate as we were very satisfied with the product however there is always room for improvement. It was also encouraging knowing that when we did have minor issues with logging in on several occasions, the support staff was able to help rectify the problem very quickly.
