I love Circa Mitratech! We’ve partnered with them for several years and value this essential partnership for helping us diversify our recruitment resources and hire a more diverse talent pool. They have partnerships with thousands of community based organizations which, as a member of Circa Mitratech we get the opportunity to tap into. One of my favorite features is the monthly report card which tracks how our job postings attract various people, including veterans, people with disabilities, women, people of color and many others. Circa Mitratech seamlessly integrates into our applicant tracking system and post all of our jobs automatically. I love working with my account rep. They create special reports and respond quickly.

Unfortunately, our company hasn’t assigned anybody that can help out with a direct link to track exactly how many hires we’re getting from Circa Mitratech referrals, but that would be amazing to have in the future

Usability

Many of the features regarding outreach and advertising or phenomenal. One area of improvement would be a more robust applicant database where we could search for candidates to fill our open jobs. I know that’s not one of your specialties, but it would be amazing if you grew in that area.
