We have been a partner of Circa for many years as they are our diversity partner and post all of our jobs. We also have access to their resume database and the ability to reach out to partner organizations across the US to post our jobs or share opportunities.

Pros

Number of job views is very high.
Jobs sent to community organizations is vast.
Number of apply clicks is very high as well.

Cons

We have had a hard time tracking hires from this resource
We have had to reach out to our rep for a business review and any updates
More training by the Circa team on the functionality of the database would be helpful.

In 2024, we had 87,557 job views.
In 2024, we had 7,930 apply clicks.
In 2024, we had 18,937 outreach jobs sent to community organizations.

Usability

The database is vast, but some of the candidates have been in there for quite some time, and I am not sure how engaged they are in looking for a new job.

Getting visibility to your jobs is vast using Circa Mitratech, and the diversity of the organizations it partners with is excellent as well. While we have seen a lot of views and clicks, we have not see hires, so I am not sure if the integration with our ATS is working correctly. We are following up on that.
