I used Cisco 1000 Series Aggregation Services Routers (ASR 1000) for BNG usage in previous work. The scope was an old infrastructure upgrade for a small ISP (about eight thousand subscribers). It responds to all needs I expect for PPP / L2TP termination. This product was a great alternative for old Cisco 7200 routers.
