Overall Satisfaction with Cisco 900 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR)

Cisco 900 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR), in general, are a solid choice when replacing your existing small business routers if you need the expanded functionality. We have found that need when our network complexity and size warranted it. This solves those issues, which is why we plan to use these throughout the company in the future.
  • [It] works great full-featured, but [I recommend a] small router for remote sites.
  • [It] can handle more traffic than it even advertises!
  • [It has a] well-priced option for smaller or less critical sites.
  • [It] could use options to add some extra ports.
  • [The] software could be a bit more solid like its larger counterparts.
  • Better mounting systems would be great.
  • Lots of money saved in downgrading from less useful and older full-sized routers at small sites
  • Time saved having to learn new commands (web GUI works great)
  • Saves time training staff to manage them
