Some of our staff since Covid and never returned to the office, but that does not mean that this has affected productivity. In some cases we have increased productivity. The use of Teramind in conduction with this model has allowed us to indentify who and who's not been productive. In a hybrid or WFH model this has allowed our company to make informed decisions.
As stated in the last comment - we have this covered and the solutions that Cisco have improved have made hybrid or WFH option actually easier to manage. So challenges initially but now now. It's the norm.
All our customers, coworkers, employees seem happy with this model.
