Webex meetings are used basically for a wide variety of business communications like meetings, video conferences, new product launch seminars, broadcasting webinars, training, refreshers, etc. It allows you to connect with every individual in the organization through a computer or smartphone application. It even allows you to dial through phone calls if you have the meeting credentials.
  • Business meetings.
  • Seminars.
  • Video conferencing.
  • Trainings.
  • Better user interface in terms of color schemes.
Large-sized business meetings, video calling, and video conferencing are the best utilization of Webex meetings. The secondary usage can be for chatting with colleagues, screen sharing, file sharing, remote assistance, etc. Webex meetings provide high-quality audio and video even on low bandwidth which is essential to avoid call drops.

After the pandemic, the entire work scenario has shifted 360 degrees where most of the time we are connected to our client's colleagues and different stakeholders via WebEx. It has become an integral part of daily productivity tools where different meeting discussion theme engagement and other fun events which we take for employee engagement and to connect with our client for requirements and special it plays a very important aspect as a product. Overall communication in the hybrid model is taken care of by WebEx we have in using it over a period of time and have seen them bringing a lot of new features which are very important and Critical like Breakout rooms and emojis for large audience hosting and creating polls and different animations. Overall the performance has been quite effective and what makes this product stand out is the convenience of using and logging in to the product with the simple link no fancy Way Or Complex in terms of joining the meeting sometimes I feel simplicity is the effective way to design a product because the purpose is being full filled with the simple designing aspect instead of keeping it be more complex.
  • Consistent network connection during meeting.
  • Effective platform for hosting webinars.
  • Low call drop or network in efficiency issues.
  • Perfect for daily interaction with teams and engagement without any issues.
  • More ways to join meeting.
  • Better mobile application.
  • More focused should be given on user interface.
I have used multiple applications when it comes to connecting with or communicating on the daily transaction but WebEx has been consistent in terms of simplicity and the same time delivering the quality of consistency while being on meeting and even if a large audience is invited for webinars and discussion the quality drop or issues in terms of product usability I have personally never seen it so I think overall it's a great product and well suited for your daily communication and engagement needs full stop it is less suited when you want to do a kind of a webcast because after certain threshold I am not sure this is the right platform which would like to go with in terms of broadcasting.
Yes scalability is never an issue when dealing with WebEx I have hosted around a meeting for almost 400 + participants at the same time and the performance was never down and it lived up to the standards of Cisco by consistently delivering the value communication platform Where bleachers are less impacting the way I communicate and overall interaction options like live polls chat whiteboard really helps in terms of effective communication in the virtual ecosystem. So justifying the rating given as where all the functionality needed for communication is simple.

Hello, When I had my first interview to get my job, it was done via WebEx. Therefore, since then I liked WebEx meetings since it was the WebEx feature I experienced before Webex Events, WebEx teams, WebEx training, etc. I am looking forward to learning more about this product and helping others learn it as well. Thank you,
  • work from home
  • Sharing screens
  • Recording meetings
  • Ask questions
  • Audio quality over Wifi
Because we are working from home and the world is changing, what is better than WebEx meetings to replace the meetings room in our offices in corporate offices. This will save us time to travel to the office every day. There are things to improve for sure in the future. Thank you
As far as I know, WebEx meetings are available in all departments of the organization without exception at all. Without, WebEx meetings we will have to travel to other places in the country to attend meetings in the conference rooms, with long waiting in the airports. But WebEx meetings solved all of that. Thank you

I used Webex Meetings hosted by a partner that sells Cisco products (Aironet and Meraki), they use Webex in all meetings hosted by them. My impression was great; like all Cisco products, it's very easy to get into a meeting and use the layout features.
  • Brings many people together [for] the same meeting
  • Sends a calendar automatically
  • No time limit
  • Encryption (PtoP)
  • Many setup options can be confusing for new users.
  • [It doesn't] write data into the cloud.
[It] is well suited [when] we have many users [for] the meeting. It is less appropriate when the users are new [and] using Webex [Meetings].
It is a product that can be used very well on a large scale from small companies to large companies.

We use Webex Meetings for all conference calls, training, and some customer meetings. Allows the ability to quickly collaborate as if we were in person. Providing all the tools necessary to share information in a simple platform, but one that has powerful functionality.
  • schedule invites through outlook
  • audio and video functions
  • provide feedback tools, chat rooms, breakouts, ect
  • whiteboard
  • mobile connectivity not on par with pc functions
  • would like to have more functions for IOS devices
small group functions are where it exceeds expectations. sometimes larger group functions do not perform as well. or possibly just less personal with larger meetings
it has many useful features

Webex Meetings is used in my organization to collaborate with peers, vendors, and even patients. During the pandemic, many of our staff were moved from working on-site to working from home and we also had to move a lot of our health services to telehealth. Webex helped with these issues.
  • Co-host functionality is great in case you need others to start meetings that you've scheduled
  • Ease of use in polling, Q&A, and reactions to engage audience
  • Multiple options for functionality (for example, icons on the bottom of the screen but the same options also on the menu bar)
  • It would be nice if the host could control the view/layout for all attendees
Webex Meetings is great for collaboration of any kind. Whether it is one-on-one, with a team, or just for giving a presentation, the application is very robust and has tools to help you get the info you may need and to keep your audience engaged.
Easy to configure and issue licenses.

Video conferencing enhanced by Webex Meetings has created the best online communication environment. When organizing a project I always find it useful to share ideas with my colleagues and offer guidelines to the field team members. Connection with such great teams helps us to achieve goals and interact freely. Every member joining our meeting is given an opportunity to contribute and engage each one of us regardless of location.
  • Enhancement of project collaboration space.
  • Screen sharing with colleagues during a meeting.
  • Presenting project to board of directors.
  • I have found everything to be working perfectly.
  • No missing functionality from the set features.
Our team interaction sessions during meetings and trade engagement sessions turn out with great achievements due to the effectiveness of this tool. Webex Meetings has all language interpretation devices ensuring that any member can join our meeting regardless of language. It has a simple setup process that can be followed by any team member. All workers have a sense of belonging even if they are operating from remote areas since we can engage them in all on-premise activities through virtual interactions.
It can be easily deployed in each department and connect to all corners of our company. Our colleague members in remote areas can join meeting from remote areas with mobile or desktop devices. All content that is discussed during a meeting can be saved safely for sharing with absent members. It has an automated notification setting that can alert all our members when we have a new virtual event.

I am currently a Webex administrator. I implement and configure document writing and training. Webex Meetings has been beneficial to our organization during the pandemic, from full office staffing to 100% remote and now a hybrid environment. It is our solution for meetings, messaging, and calling. I was fully involved in the process of the migration from desk phones to Webex deployment.
  • One solution for meetings
  • One solution for calling, messaging and meetings
  • Availability of desktop app as well as cell phone apps
  • Ability to work in low bandwidth without video disruption
  • A wider audio solution for hybrid working
  • Availability for low income families
On-demand meetings and the ability to use teams and spaces to transfer documentation. Screen sharing is also important.
Webex, although complicated, was simple to deploy during the pandemic.

As with most, the pandemic created a need to be flexible and productive from anywhere. Webex meetings (the whole Webex suite actually) allowed us to achieve business outcomes and not miss a beat. We were able to conduct business as we usually would in the office from any location. We could collaborate from many devices, host impromptu or scheduled meetings, record, share and so much more.
  • Ease of Use
  • Interactive Whiteboards
  • Polls
  • Some option screens could be more aesthetic
When dealing with training or teaching scenarios, it would be better to use Webex Training as opposed to Meetings so the host has more control over the attendees.

I use Webex Meetings to set up sessions with partners and customers. However, it is difficult to open the app because it always asks for the installation, which delays the sessions' beginning. Also, enabling the microphone or camera is tricky, in my opinion.
  • Close caption
  • Identify the speaker
  • Share screen
  • Improve the menu section
  • Fix bugs to recognize camera and microphone
When the app works well, everything is suitable and easy to use. However, the app often asks for installation and does not recognize the meeting link, I've found.
That is not intuitive to use for everyone in an organization, I've found.

Webex Meetings helps us during COVID-19 as all of our company staff were WFH and also our customers so we easily reached them and no need to meet at physical place. We can communicate with our customers and get into their issues in a short time. Also, we hold meetings with our managers at any time.
  • Keep our team in touch all time.
  • Meet our customers easily.
  • Helps us understand our customers issues professionally.
  • Support Customers
  • Working From Home
  • Meet at any time from any location
I was traveling last month, and at this time, my manager asked for an urgent meeting for the whole team, Webex Meetings helped us to meet remotely without returning to our office. We spent about three hours in a meeting discussing all points and begin to take action and follow these actions remotely. It was a great experience.
Some of our customer organizations are mega-size, they have many departments, and each department needs to manage their webex site separately. Webex achieves these requirements by creating site for each department separately on same organization. So every department can apply settings as per their rule not depending on the organization.

We currently use Webex for a large number of applications. we use it for simple and quick collaboration. We use it for training across our organization. We also use it for Orientation for External WFH users. We use can use it as a meeting recording platform as well.
  • Records Meeting
  • Ease of use for End User
  • Great Meeting Management
  • Great Training Tool
  • Great Training Courses for Webex
  • We have had glitches during setup with UCM.
We love Webex. Even more now since they have grown the product. It is much larger than just a simple meeting tool now. We can house large meetings or small meetings, and we can house trainings with breakout rooms. We can hold simple 1 on 1 conferences. We can now record trainings. We can do more than ever before and we love Webex for it.
Webex does give us the ability to be flexible and stay on top of things that would traditionally require in-person meetings.

Cisco Webex Meetings are an integral part of our daily collaboration activity. Our teams use Webex Meetings to effectively communicate as it relates to day-to-day tasks by setting up impromptu meetings with ourselves and our customers. Personal meetings are used on a regular basis because of the integration with the Webex App. Webex meetings are used with our all-hands gatherings and those that are customer-facing.
  • Sharing and Recording
  • Video Quality
  • Security
  • Simple to get started
  • Simpler integration with other software
  • Usually costs more than competitors
I find Webex Meetings is just simple to use. It's particularly simple for guests to join or those who are using it for the first time.
It's cloud based and very scalable.

We use Webex in meetings with our external clients, Webex is more friendly towards having guest users/participants than certain competitors that we have migrated to.
  • Inviting guests that do not use Webex
  • Doesn't require download and has a browser version
  • Is more stable than other competitors
  • Not on the front lines of providing new functionality afaik
  • Always resets my settings as far as joining new meetings/have to reset video camera
  • Have to go through a confirmation screen, extra clicks, to join a meeting
Webex is good for meetings with external partners. For internal partners, we have a more native system that integrates with our meeting software so that it is generally easier to set up meetings. I am not sure how Webex does for very large calls/all-employee town halls as those are also not using Webex in my company.
I haven't had any issues with Webex in calls of up to 20 people, with multiple departments/organizations. However, I do not have experience with large calls where there might be a few people presenting to hundreds.

  • Ease of use
  • Customization features
  • Compatibility with other software

With the globalization of staff, vendors, and clients, needing to be able to communicate and share screens and information is key to the success of Loud and Clear Communications, LLC. We are able to do this with Webex. Seamless communication and setting up meetings is a breeze and audio and video streams are usable 99.9 % of the time.
  • Easy to config
  • Easy to share information to attendees
  • Recording and sharing
  • Cost of solution is more than most
  • Need for integration with some mainstream applications
  • Closed captioning option
The use of Cisco products makes the rollout of this solution easy for those staff that uses it. If you are not using the Cisco suite, I would recommend looking for a less costly product. This product does have its quirks, but most have them. This would not be a recommended solution for small shops of less than 50 employees or users.
We are able to install this solution across the organization with ease. The solution works for everyone as easily as double click the application and starting the application. The ability to have this solution on the mobile phone as well for those that are on the go is crucial. The staff like the flexibility that has been brought to working from home or the local coffee shop.

In the live events business, meeting in real-time is critical. It's a part of the planning, strategy, production, and post processes. I've used Webex on several occasions when interacting with medium to large groups of collaborators, and the product has been excellent. It's stable and secure, the quality is excellent, and the layout and the ease of using the interface were outstanding. I would recommend this product to anyone needing real-time video collaboration and communications.
  • Interface
  • Image Quality
  • Stability
  • Security
  • Multiple participants
  • Ubiquity - the more people who use it, the more effective it will be in the space
  • Familiarity
  • Speed
We used this product for a collaboration event between 8 business associates. It was outstanding in terms of stability and ease of use, and everyone was particularly comfortable using it for the duration of the event. It seems that this is a product that could be utilized more often and in more settings, and as its profile rises, it will become an even more usable, go-to application.
Again, excellent in all deployments in terms of scalability, and usability.

In my position, I use WebEx Meetings on a daily basis to meet with clients, prospects, and colleagues within the organization. It really is essential to my job in sales day today. To start, we use WebEx meetings to collaborate with our sales team, business units, as well as corporate training. On the sales side, I use WebEx meetings to schedule virtual appointments, calls, demos, etc. with prospective buyers or existing clients to discuss their accounts. This is valuable as it allows multiple parties to join the session and allows me to speak & share content.
  • Allows for sharing content, making annotations, customizable presentation.
  • Allows for group trainings and call in which a lot of attendees are required.
  • Performs well for team meetings and quick communication via audio & video.
  • At times, the meeting audio/video can get glitchy if there are a lot of attendees online and using bandwidth.
  • Sometimes, it is hard for my prospects to join the meeting without downloading software or can't get the audio to work for some reason.
  • Hard to navigate attendees while presenting yourself.
In my opinion, WebEx is well suited for organizations of all sizes to collaborate both internally and externally. In the virtual world, we now live in, it is great for inter-team meetings as well as quick chats both via text and video. In addition, it is essential for sales positions where you need to meet with clients virtually or share content, demos, etc. WebEx may be less appropriate for positions where you are not collaborating a lot or selling to customers. In that specific scenario, the value-added may not be as significant. As an example, an accountant or receptionist may not need this tool. But, for sales, this is amazing!
I work for a Fortune 500 company with many employees so I can testify to its usability for large corporations. In addition, I use the software within my small team of sales reps so it is always usable on a small scale as well. In my eyes, this tool is scalable for businesses of all sizes without any hiccups or issues.

We use Webex meetings a day in and day out for all our meeting needs. It's the only collaboration tool that is being used in our organization. Typical business problems are team collaborations, team meetings, ad hoc meetings, scheduled meetings, screen sharing, and file sharing recordings. We use webex meetings to effectively communicate, share content, easily schedule meetings, book calendars, view people's availability, call in for ad hoc meetings using webex teams, collaborate seamlessly, see each other in person during remote working, and marketing tools to propagate our products and services, conduct town hall meetings, view recorded sessions, (almost like an in-person) training. We have seen widespread acceptance of the webex meeting and collaboration tools which are being embraced across the hierarchy across different geographies and time zones.
  • 1 click meetings
  • share content
  • record Meeting
  • conduct trainings
  • employee collaboration
  • voice and video clarity
  • Hangs quite often. Need to restart machine
  • voice does not connect quite well with headphones. Calls drop often than before
  • virtual background with camera does not look good. Needs major improvement there
  • Recording is not as easy as expected
MOST APPROPRIATE would be effectively communicating sharing content, easily scheduling meetings, booking calendars, viewing people's availability, calling in for ad hoc meetings using webex teams, collaborating seamlessly, see each other in person during remote working, and marketing tools to propagate our products and services, conduct town hall meetings, view recorded sessions, (almost like an in-person) training. LESS APPROPRIATE Nothing that I could think of
The features are being added quite frequently. these features are added at a good pace too. There is a tool tip available whenever a new feature is added. the tool tip typically explains what features are introduced, what is the intent and how to use the features. this is a great starting point to learn and immediately put to use the features.

My team and I use Webex meetings to stay in communication with one another when working on big projects. We also use it on a regular basis for team meetings, which has helped us save time by being able to share files and information in real-time.
  • Great user interface
  • Never breaks down or has connection issues
  • It's epically user friendly
  • Incorporating other applications from other software
  • Giving more font options on the chats
  • Offering theme options for users to choose from for the layout of the application
The software has proven useful to my team when it comes to team meetings and working on big projects across multiple departments. My personal favorite feature is the ability to share files and review files within the application, allowing for easier editing and real-time improvements. It is by far one of the best products in its field.
I gave it this rating because the software offers a lot of user-friendly features and still has a lot of potential to grow to offer even more, including allowing third-party applications to be further integrated into the software or to work in conjunction with the software.

Webex used to be a platform that we used over at LinkedIn. We have since switched over to Zoom and Teams as we found them to be more reliable and widely used. We used the platform for internal meetings as well as client conversations that couldn't take place in person.
  • Allows you to connect with other virtually.
  • Allows you to screen share effectively.
  • Collaborate
  • User Experience
  • Downloading platform for the first time
  • Reliability
Most of these video providers have similar functionality and utility. At the end of the day, it comes down to preference and reliability. When I had access to multiple video providers (Zoom, Teams, BlueJeans, Webex), I found myself navigating toward Zoom and Teams more often. Now that we no longer have Webex at my organization - it becomes a pain to download the platform back onto my computer, anytime a client requests we meet with their Webex video link.

We are using webex meetings and webex events for our client meetings and technical awareness sessions for end clients.
Webex help us to present our content with very reach user experience and flexible ways for attendees to join it. Webex meetings are helping us to organize meetings and also use our room kit mini hardware to be on same platform.
  • Content Sharing
  • Background effect
  • noice cancellation
  • Noice cancellation sometimes doesn't work
  • There is one major feature lack I feel while comparing it with teams. in webex while sharing Power point as application, I can not select presentation windows while using share specific app. reason to do so is to hide presentation notes. This features is available in teams. I am aware this will work If I choose share file and browse that PPT and use ppt notes. But user experience is not so good and handy with it.
one point I have not given as while sharing PPT as application there is no option to select presentation view only. and entire screen with presenter view gets diplayed to all. rest all features are perfectly working. Virtual background also very helpful in pandamic time.
please help to deliver less CPU intensive app.

We started using Webex Meetings in 2019 occasionally once a week for our weekly evaluation meeting. In 2020 when the COVID 19 pandemic hit, this became our daily virtual meeting software, and since then, we have been using Webex Meetings daily. This software has greatly improved the productivity of our organization.
  • The raise hand feature is useful during meetings. It saves time for the host from unmuting everyone after asking a question.
  • The recording feature helps us record meetings, and people who miss the meetings can always access the recordings at a later time.
  • The messaging feature during meetings helps us communicate with participants without interrupting the progress of the meeting.
  • I love the poll feature during meetings, but unfortunately, you cannot do a poll in the browser version. You need the desktop application installed first.
I find no problem with Webex Meetings, it's a smooth software, and the only annoying thing was participants getting kicked randomly outside the meeting, and that has since been improved and doesn't happen often. I recommend this software.

We are a company based in Michigan and we serve Michigan, we use the Webex meeting to schedule meeting, attend meetings with clients whenever they book a service with us. The tool sis friendly enough because it is too handy and does not require any technical knowledge. We use the tool as a video communication channel with our clients all the time.
  • Screen sharing
  • Video recording during the meeting
  • Scheduling and rescheduling the meeting
  • It is hard to change the background during the meeting and this should be prioritized for a better servicing.
Webex Meetings comes with free version that supports more participants and more meeting time compared to other similar service providers like Zoom, I would recommend a friend because it is cheap, reliable and always available for use with less or no technical outages. Support team provides ample support to challenges whenever they happen.
Webex Meetings comes with a variety of integrations. We use the software with Calendly and Onehub for different departments at our organization. The marketing team has its own department to handle the marketing discussions and as well the presenters can work perfectly to present the meeting surely with no glitches. I rate it 10.

We use Webex Meetings to reduce on the costs of transportation we incur to transport the team to our physical office to attend meetings. The money we used to purchase Webex Meetings pro plan is significantly small compared to the amount of money we save monthly by having meetings virtually online.
  • I love the screen sharing feature. We use this to share presentations while on a conference call with the rest of the team.
  • We record meetings which are stored on the cloud that we access later. These recordings are secured.
  • The interface of Webex Meetings is friendly and easy to understand.
  • There are areas of this software that need improvement, it's an amazing software.
Webex Meetings is great for our team since they all use different devices. This software can be installed on the device or used on the web on the cloud. The desktop application is till the best application in my view but all in one Webex works so fine regardless on the device or medium or deployment.
