Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Catalyst IE3100 Rugged Series Switches
Managed Industrial switch for TVM's at train stations that reduces downtime over not managed switches. This in combination with the IR1101 with 4G/5G module solves a lot of problems. The scope is about 50 to 100 switches. Delivered as a managed service with our customer and also aiming for dual power where available. The small and affordable switches were a perfect fit for the case.

- Can be powered directly by DC power from the TVM

- Could be cheaper in POE version
- Higher uptime due to manageable switches. We are notified when there are issues
- Resulting in higher customer satisfaction
