Access switching, providing connectivity for devices

Pros

  • Good documentation
  • Well designed
  • Cater for multiple use case

Cons

  • TAC support quality needs improvement. Most cases we know more than the support engineer
  • Reduce complexity with product offering and how they integrate
  • Make license simple. again too many different version leading to complexity
  • Difficult to measure ROI for this, as they are just infrastructure and essential to run a business.
  • Cisco AnyConnect
Providing end to end security is difficult as there are multiple vendor/solutions
Did not compare due to existing Cisco footprint.
