Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance

Our company purchased the Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance as a means to see deeper into, and trends happening on the network. We were missing that AI component that could intelligently use machine learning to address performance and network issues with less attention required from the administrators of the network staff.
  • Smart AI that learns your network.
  • Machine learning that can find performance bottlenecks and issues.
  • After configuration you don't have to spend a lot of time managing it.
  • May require an implementer to get this set up and running.
  • For a software based service that you can run on your own VM's, price is still very high.
  • The first setup can be a bear and you will need much help from TAC.
  • Loads of time saved diagnosing network issues.
  • Much effort saved having to determine network performance metrics by hand.
  • The Cisco brand is generally safe and trusted so you get that additional peace of mind.

Do you think Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance's feature set?

Yes

No

Did implementation of Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Cisco DNA Analytics and Assurance again?

Yes

Snort, Cisco 4000 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR 4000), Dell EMC Networker, Cisco Firepower 1000 Series, Cisco Firepower 2100 Series, Juniper WLA & WLC Series (discontinued), Aruba Software Defined WAN (SD-WAN)
So not everyone is in need of a smart AI checking their network metrics looking for issues before they happen or finding and alerting on problems that the network staff may not have noticed, but if you have the budget for it, it could be a huge time saver for your whole department.
