Overall Satisfaction with Cisco DNA Software

Cisco DNA Software is being used by our IT organization to run our network with open interfaces with our business applications. It integrates all the technology domains and we are able to manage all the devices across our network. Using Cisco DNA Software makes managing our network infrastructure very simple.

By integrating our wireless controller with Cisco DNA Software, the Cisco ecosystem has become much easier to use and manage. We know that two Cisco products are working with one another and speak to one another. By having the Cisco ecosystem properly set up, our workflow has become much more streamlined.
Using Cisco DNA Software has made managing our networks a lot simpler. We're able to see the amount of traffic we are getting, so we are able to get a better read on our analytics. Exporting data is fairly simple, and the formats that are provided are easily readable.
Overall support for Cisco DNA Software is fairly good. Whenever we have a question that needs an answer and we are unable to figure out, we reach out to the support team. They are able to figure out our needs and provide the proper support. They are always available via email or phone call.
