Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo
We use Cisco Duo to provide us an enterprise solution for MFA. It is a great product and reliable and meets our needs from a security, insurance and best practice perspective.

- Sometimes it doesn't work and I have to clear browser cache or restart computer

- The only negative we have is that sometimes it doesn't work and users have to clear browser cache or restart pc

Ensuring that MFA is enabled for VPN and remote connections as well as RDP.
Works great for a hybrid work environment.
I think overall experience has been good and pretty transparent in the hybrid work environment. We leverage lots of SaaS applications so being hybrid is not an issue.

We didn't evaluate any other MFA solutions to compare outside of using Keeper as a password vault but that works in conjunction with Cisco Duo.
