DUO - Excellent MFA

Cisco Duo is used as a Multi-Factor Authentication in the entire organization. With many people working remotely, tools like Cisco Duo are really helpful to be able to safeguard people's authenticity and reliability.

The migration from other vendors to Cisco Duo was difficult due to the lack of knowledge of the Cisco tools. After working with the vendor and support the process was easily. Still all new features and the learning curve was kind of difficult as the engineers were not use to manage this tool.

I think the most important challenge we could address was to implement Multi Factor authentication in the entire organization. This have helped us to prevent many risk on the environment and provide a better layer of security. The only challenge we had was to make the change of mind of the business for the necessity of using MFA to protect the environment
