Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo

In our organization, we use Cisco Duo to Help to 2 levels of security and not only Microsoft365, since Cisco Duo operate all other tools we need to use out of Microsoft world.

Pros

  • MFA (multi factor authentication)
  • VPN (virtual private network) integration
  • Single sign on

Cons

  • In my opinion, there is room for improvement in Cisco Duo to be More flexible on discount
  • The impact Cisco Duo has on our organization's overall business objectives is a Positive increase level of security
