Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Duo

We implemented Cisco Duo for our customers as their MFA solution, we integrated Cisco Duo with ISE, Palo Alto and Cisco Jabber as well.
Our next plan is to implement the Password less and windows login features.

Pros

  • MFA and push notifications
  • Lot of applications that can be integrated and secured
  • Easy to implement and troubleshoot

Cons

  • Cover further integrations with the built-in Apps
  • Replace the button named "Send to Trash" when we delete users, its not that friendly to our customers
  • It is easy to use which is loved by our customers
