It is used as the primary Headset to use with Cisco Jabber, Webex Teams, and Webex Meetings.

Yes, it was very easy to use and plug and play for the computer. Never faced any issues using it for audio and video calls.
Never made any customer complain about the audio quality or background noise. Noise cancellation is great and also made taking calls and listening to incoming audio easy as if we are talking face to face. Also, the mic quality is great. None of the customers sitting at receiving end complained.
Yes, there are so many options under settings and you can adjust and adapt the Headset as per your needs. Also, you can set default audio volume and mic volume, etc.
Cisco headsets are best. I have used Plantronics(now known as poly) headsets too but noise cancellation in Cisco ones are better and also the audio and mic quality.
