I think even though this great product has noise cancellation technology that doesn't mean we can't turn our offices into call centers because sometimes they are, which is why it's important to note that meetings should happen in meeting rooms rather than common areas. Every company might not be willing to afford a headset that is equipped with a very high-tech noise-cancellation feature.

It can be more stylish and fancy. Also the earpads can be bigger. If the earpads are bigger, the level of comfort will be increased. The microphone quality is good but it can be better. I am happy with the noise cancellation feature however it can be improved. the structure can be better overally.

Well suited for loud environments like a busy office or a work from home user that may have sirens or lawn mowing happening. Well suited for someone that is going to wear them all day, they are light weight and do not press to hard on your ears. Noise cancellation is good for an on ear device versus an over ear device.

As an over-the-head, snug-fitting over-the-ear headset, the style of the Cisco Headset 700 series will not be to everyone's taste. For those that like the style, I can confidently say that the audio quality, noise cancellation, and noise isolating microphones, are among the best across the competition. While the price point is on par with other high-end wireless/BT headsets, the styling and build quality means that these headsets fit in with the look and feel of high-end consumer brands, while delivering the performance and long-term reliability that is expected from a business solution.

Cisco headsets are suitable for all scenarios. it is built for all types of users and environments [whether] it is home or corporate use. Cisco has built this Headset keeping all the requirements and usage. The features are based on the latest technologies which are required for this generation. It can be used either wired devices as well as Bluetooth devices.

Since I work from home and am often not the only one here or on a call at any given time the Cisco 500 Series headset has done a great job reducing background noise and making it easier for folks on the meeting to hear me. The audio is excellent and setup of the wired headset was extremely easy. Both Google Hangout and WebEx had no problems identifying it.

Cisco Headset 700 is well suited for professionals who do remote interaction with customers and clients on a daily basis. This device helps them provide top-notch sound quality, great noise cancellation, security and great compatibility with large set of devices. Superior noise cancellation and compatibility is important specially in an open workplace where many co-workers are speaking and the resulting noise causes lack of focus. Additionally, given its decent battery life and quick-charge feature, it can be used for over 20 hours which is a desirable.
It is not very appropriate for professionals for whom, calling or remote interaction is not a very necessary part of the job. In such cases, if they use the Headset rarely and don't care too much about quality and security, there are other cheaper alternatives.

The noise cancellation is good to use in workplaces but not when you are working remotely on a train for example where you may miss out on important announcements. Although this is not a con but feels sometimes the headset cancels the noise too much.

With its Cisco 730 series Headset, it has provided a professional solution that targets both the consumer market and can be used for business purposes. It is a very useful product, especially for those who travel frequently.

The Cisco Headset 530 Series, which I utilized, provides rich sound and effective noise isolation, making it an excellent choice for telecommunications in noisy, open environments. Users may effortlessly plug and detach the Headset as needed during shift changes or breaks thanks to the in-line, high-cycle fast disconnect. It has a variety of options for connecting to devices, including USB and RJ-9 connections.

The Cisco 531 headset was a breeze to use, it just worked. [However] the 561 needs some work on the charging stand cradle. The connection is not firm so charging the headset becomes a problem. Both headsets work very well for what they were designed to do, it is only the charging port that wasn't built properly. Build quality is another issue. Cisco should consider using the same [materials] as used in the 70p series headsets or even better. Customers are willing to pay more for a headset that lasts longer and works as intended.

I replaced a logitech headsets with these new [Cisco Headset 700 S 730s and it was a great decision

Cisco Headset 500 series has proven well-worthy while working in [an] ecosystem of Cisco devices in our organization, [as] its seamless integration with Cisco IP phone.

If you are planning to buy a headset you should buy the Cisco Headset 700 Series because I have proved in my online meetings with international organizations you can be professional and very active while presenting. Also if you have a noisy home or noisy workplace it will save your life because it reduces so much noise. They are a long-life headset in my opinion so you buy it once and you have it for a long time.

Recently, we had training provided by the football club for the members, Super. Love it !! Would definitely recommend it. As well as learning a new language, I am learning Italian and could hear all the sounds Belissimo. And as a part of these studies, watching movies in Italian, perfectly Bueno. Less appropriate: laughing, because my dogs were barking louder than a teacher, and everyone was joking over it.

Well suited for both business and personal use in an office or interior setting. Would not recommend using this device outdoors in inclement weather or in environments that may be too harsh on the device. It's a good all-around wireless headset but not really designed for demanding, dusty, dirty or manufacturing locations.

The Cisco [Headset 700 Series] are really good for long meetings inside the office and [the] noise canceling feature is amazing. Also, they work fine as normal headphones just for listen[ing to] Spotify. Because the headphones are light these headphones are not well suited when you are commuting but for sure this is not the desired use case. The headphones are the best headphones for work in the office or in home during the lockdown.

The Cisco Headset 700 Series is exceptionally useful in environments that are very noisy such as data centers, public transportation, coffee shops, etc. They cancel out all noises around you and provide clear audio to both the remote party on the call as well as the person using the headset. They wouldn't be a very good solution for use while driving a car because they would be distracting and could cancel out important sounds for situational awareness.

I have used it [Cisco Headset 700 Series] traveling and at home, and it works well in both scenarios. The Bluetooth distance is great for quick trips to get coffee or grab something off the printer. The charging base helps reduce clutter on the desk and the case is nice for trips or on-site work.

Using [the Cisco Headset 700 Series] with Webex is fantastic. Great clarity, sound and captures voice great - even if you are wearing it backwards! The one downside is the fit on the ears. I wear glasses and the headset pushes my ears in which then push[es] against my glasses frame over the ear...after wearing [them] for several hours, my ears get sore.

The Cisco Headset 700 Series is lightweight and has amazing sound quality.

I use it [Cisco Headset 700 Series] when I am in a meeting. Sometimes, meetings may extend, that's why it is needed to improve the ear headset because it makes my ears hurt.

Cisco Headset 500 Series is well suited for meetings and to listen to music. One suggestion from my side is to provide a better noise cancellation feature. It is not good for kids or use during outdoor activities. I have used it earlier as well and found that the connectivity is faster with Cisco devices like DX80 telepresence endpoints but not with television. This can be a place where it is less appropriate.
