Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Cisco Headset 500 in our organization for frequent calls with other employees & mostly for the scheduled meetings & [conferences]. The main problem it solves for us is that we are able to clearly able to communicate our views & talks with each other in the organization since we are working from home for past one year.

Pros and Cons

Audio quality is really good.
Fit & structure of headset is adequate.
Build material quality is really commendable.

Noise cancellation feature should be improved.
Ability to improve integration with non-cisco devices.
Some work can also be done to make it look [fancier] as compared with other brands.

Return on Investment

Clear audio quality has been a big positive with more employees engaging in meetings & conference calls.
Unidirectional [microphones] are designed to hone in on the user's voice & simultaneously minimize background noise.
Lightweight comfort is really ideal for long calls.

Ease-of-Use

Cisco headset 500 series has been really easy to set up with our devices & the usage of different functions is very straightforward.

Audio Quality

This headset series has proven its worth with high-quality audio capability which has further helped all employees improve their daily productivity on office calls & no one has ever complained of audio issues overcall. Hence, it's all worth it.

Customization

Although we are not using the mobile application to manage the headset as of now, it sounds really cool feature as an add-on.
