Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets

Cisco Headsets are comfortable, perfectly audible and quality headset for meetings especially when doing work from home. A very good wireless range is provided and playtime is also fine for work. In home it is extremely helpful as it won't level any audio to go out and create a perfect personalized enviornment to focus on.

Pros

  • Noise cancellation and audio quality is top notch.
  • Good playtime and buttons are perfectly placed to start and end meetings, Bluetooth, which makes it more suitable.
  • In wireless, the range is good to hear, which will help to take a break from a table.

Cons

  • Not very good in terms of ear design as the cushion is a little small and it sometimes puts pressure on the earlobes too.
  • Limited warranty of 1 year only which involves replacement.
  • Not very comfortable to wear for a long duration.
  • Easy usage and connection, high audio quality, firmware update is easy to handle.
  • Little costly and warranty period is also short.
Yes, totally it is extremely easy to start, activate and use. Buttons, features are very easy to locate and proper working as well in start, stop sync. Ya design is user friendly but can become a little more comfortable.
Yes, our 90% day task are based on online meetings only and Cisco Headsets provides extremely next level audio experience. Till now I have never experienced any glitches and any issues in audio.
We won't use much customization in the settings of the headset.

Sync of buttons are extremely good in these headsets. We can connect phone, laptop all together in one go easily. It is very compatible with the devices and for administrators also. The major use cases came in wfh scenarios where it just worked perfect for online meetings and constant work and usage.
