Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Meraki MS

We have recently migrated from Cisco Meraki MS 3850 to MS390 and MS425 on our Network. We used Teraform to automate our configuration, we love the API's supported by Meraki, our deployment went very smooth. After we went live we started getting more bugs on this platform. We have done around 3 rounds of upgrade in last 4 months to fix multiple issues. We have been reported with a new bug last week as well, so need to plan for one more upgrade. This is quite a challenge to maintain as we fix one issue but introduce another.

  • Logs when we onboard the switch
  • Logs when we upgrade the switch
  • Reduced complexity to manage the enterprise network
We have great benefit by using Cisco Meraki MS with the API automation
Guest access is provided using spaces, Cisco Meraki MS and spaces integration is brilliant.
Multiple bugs have been identified on Meraki software so needs more work on this to make it more stable.
