In our organization, It's definitely getting better, we have been using Cisco Nexus Dashboard since MSO, and Cisco Nexus Dashboard continues to improve.

Cons

If Cisco Nexus Dashboard could validate that changes aren't going to break its own connectivity, that would be a major improvement

Visibility

Cisco Nexus Dashboard does allow us to address issues as they arise

Control

It does, however, if you have ACI, you can't manage the storage under it and still need to use a separate NDFC.
