Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Room Series

We have a lot of Video Conference rooms throughout the firm and they’ve been using the Cisco Room Series for many years. They are easy to use and we’ve been able to help attorneys learn the ropes with this technology. The touchpads are simple to understand and easy to modify as well as adding additional buttons such as the teams button.

  • Great quality of sound and visual
  • Camera control
  • Better zoom capabilities
  • Ease of turning off speaker focus
  • It pays for itself over time
  • You save time with it being installed
  • These systems are primarily plug and play once you set it up
This product is ready to go out of the box. After you get the machine set up with the proper licenses, it basically runs itself. The most work I’ve had to do is type in the meeting information and send it to the machine and it does the rest on its own.

Any boardroom will be perfect for these units. You can have them mounted with TVs on the wall or you can roll a TV cart in and have a mobile unit. We have a few that are mobile and it’s saved us a lot of headaches in the long run.
