The level of post sales support is also a factor where highly competent technical people are always on stand-by for possible troubleshooting of the system.
Usability is very good. Flexibility and having its native user-friendly environment make it more viable to any end user. The ability to configure it by the end user is an added feature and it gives a layer of usability where end user is simply on his own control of the system.

During product presentations where we can be on one screen as well on the other side where the client or customer is also on one screen as if we are doing face to face meetings. The clarity of the audio is also superb, and no need for any noise cancellation headsets or sometimes the use of in-ear monitors.
