Overall Satisfaction with Cisco SD-WAN
I work on the ATM circuit provisioning team where I configure Cisco C1111's for ATM's for our network. At this moment I do not have any issues with VMange where I do most of my configurations. We just moved our configs to new templates and Cisco was valuable assisting with that effort. I am happy with the Cisco SW-WAN product at this point.
- I like the detailed software included in the VManage produce. Pretty straight forward once trained.
- Documentation is nice. I have to upload files from Cisco website at times when we need to update device serials in our VMange when we purchase or re-purpose C1111 routers. And that process seems to be effortless.
- I am looking forward to more functions in VMange once I get trained on the functions I do not use at this point, but I'm sure there will be a learning curve whatever comes with new areas in VManage.
- I wish there was a way to send multiple commands when gaining access to routers using SSH. I'm really not a fan of pasting commands from browser. I've researched everywhere and cannot find anything.
- Automation
- Functionality of software package.
- the ability to customize software.
- I am not in management at this point, so I have no ROI info at this point.
I've only worked with the Cisco C1111.
