Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Secure Email Threat Defense

Since we are running ESA email solution we have being benefit from a robust and easy to maintain and deploy system , which in some cases still have some gray areas for the identification of false positive. It could be that is a misconfiguration that be improve using tools like now AI or official improvements on the documentation .
In general is a pretty good option for email security especially with integrations with splunk.
