Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Board Series

Other than just video conferencing, the Cisco Webex Board Series is used for sharing content. It is more dynamic than screen sharing as it has many more collaborative options. For the most part, it isn't utilized fully as there is mainly only one presenter, but it is nice when doing brainstorming.

It is almost an unfair comparison as the base Microsoft Teams product doesn't have many whiteboard options. Both can screen share, but it's hard to make a fair comparison. That being said, the whiteboard is really great if you have the smartboard to support it and fully utilize its features.
The 10 would be my rating if it wasn't for the high price. If your organization can utilize the whiteboard options, then this will be worth it. Again, this is more geared for companies with the need for brainstorming and presenting more clearly. Otherwise, there are plenty of options for screen sharing and video calling.
The whiteboard features are pretty intuitive and easy to use. No one at the company has really struggled with these features and being able to go back and forth in the middle of a presentation is really useful at times. Paired with the conferencing and meetings, the other features are even more seemless.

For the necessity of brainstorming, I love the whiteboard options. It really helps bring the visualizations together and keep everyone on the same page. Also, being able to go back to a previous version is huge. It is a pricy product, so smaller companies should give it a try before doing any long term commitments.
