Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Desk Pro
All my experience is with customer support for enterprise networks. We use webex desk pro to get remote access to our customers and work on the issue. It is very convenient and fast to start the work immediately. For example, if a customer calls us, we spend a couple of minutes to understand the issue. Then in another 2 minutes, we are accessing his network devices and working on the issue. Voice quality and video quality is also top-notch.

- Let's say I have set a meeting for 8 pm. It would be great if I had an option to get a call from cisco reminding me about the meeting. It'll be useful when the meeting is on off hours.

Zoom UI is complicated. It has many features but it is difficult to identify the what is where. It's all included in one big screen which makes it less convenient to use. Whereas in the case of the cisco webex desk pro, it's pretty simple and convenient. The immaculate loading speed is also a plus to the webex.
