Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Webex Room Series

we have managers with Cisco Webex room kit mini, it fits their offices and helps them to have all sorts of meetings possibilities, Webex, MS Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. the solution before was multivendor and didn't give a rich experience to the users. the calendar integration is a key point to have all the possible options the Webex room can offer.

  • enhance the microphone
  • more time managed
  • enhanced meetings and collaboration
  • saves travle costs for the meetings
the software update is monthly with pushed automatically to the Webex room series which fix any bugs
the interoperability to join any type of meeting. the possibility to use it as a share screen and to view all the upcoming meetings is making it more than a video call device.

depend on the environment; it can be registered to on-perm or cloud. the cloud option is the best option to get, however, there is an alternative to that via enabling Webex edge solution. trying the cloud registration and all its features make the Webex room is very rich in features. on-prem is fine and good however it is a lower experience than the cloud registered.
