Overall Satisfaction with Clay

At the heart of it Clay solves with reducing and automating the mundane leaving our reps available to handle the nuance. Clay helps us score rep calls for coaching and feedback, call prep for the team including executives and allows for quantitative data to connect and get enhanced with qualitative data. Being the main connective tissues between all my GTM Systems allows for a huge reduction in day to day work load and increased efficiency.

Cons

  • Need a wait step - to improve the power of tables / workflows
  • Visual analysis (not just text based)
  • Improved System connections - reduced 4-5 hr / week
  • Account Research - reduced 3-4 hrs per week per rep
It is super robust but visually a little clunky
