Overall Satisfaction with Clay

We use Clay to automate lead sourcing enrichment and now sending of outreach. We're an automation agency and there are frequent requests from our clients who want the automation that Clay offers they just didn't know that Clay existed.

Pros

  • Enrich lead data
  • Find signals for leads ready to purchase
  • Source leads

Cons

  • Difficult to learn
  • Forcing me to use their Interface versus an MCP
  • Costing too much
  • Helped us serve our clients
wants to be a database or a spreadsheet but doesn't help people know how to use the waterfalls and claygent part
